Refund & Returns
If a return is due to a defective product Invision Home Theatre will gladly exchange it for a new unit at no cost as per our Dead on Arrival policy. All returns for non-defective products may result in a (25%) restocking fee. This fee covers any delivery, redirection, financial and handling cost that we incur as a result of the return. All goods must be returned with a valid RID (Return ID) Number which will be provided to you by Invision Home Theatre on request and conact. This number must be clearly written on the return label when sending back the goods.
Within the Department of Fair Trading guidelines for the refund of goods, and in line with the industry practice, if the purchased goods have been used or have been removed from original packaging, no refunds or exchanges will be allowed (unless the return has been authorised by Invision Home Theatre staff).
In cases when we authorise a return we recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Invision Home Theatre will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Cancellation of orders must be informed as soon as possible via email, website contact form, or by phone. Any cancellation after a product has been ordered from our suppliers, held or shipped by our warehouse may result in the customer paying (25%) restocking charges. This fee covers any delivery, redirection, financial and handling cost that we incur as a result of the cancellation.

Dead on Arrival Returns
If your product fails within the manufacturer’s DOA period (usually 14 days) Invision Home Theatre will offer an immediate replacement with a new unit following the return of the failed unit.
All goods must be returned with a valid RID (Return ID) Number which will be provided by Invision Home Theatre on request and contact. This number must be clearly written on the return label when sending back the goods.
Invision Home Theatre will organise and pay (within 14 days) for the faulty product to be picked up by a courier service during normal business hours. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are available during these times.
If returning under DOA, and the product is not directly replaceable, Invision Home Theatre will replace the item with a similar product or offer a refund at our discretion.
Once an item has been returned, and confirmed as faulty, a replacement will be shipped to you at no extra charge.

Warranty Claims
If your product fails within the warranty period but after the DOA period (usually 14 days), Please contact Invision Home Theatre on 1300661630 for instructions.
Depending on the product warranty you may be asked to return your product to Invision Home Theatre or the closest authorised service centre for repair (or replacement if required).
For your closest service centre simply call on 1300661630 and have your invoice handy for easy identification of products.
It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item to a local authorised service centre or to Invision Home Theatre as advised by our customer service representative.
All warranties are valid within Australia upon display of an Invision Home Theatre Tax Invoice.

Extended Warranty Service
Premium Extended warranty plans begin after the manufacturers warranty has finished.
Please contact Invision Home Theatre on 1300661630 prior to returning any goods.
For all Premium Extended warranty plans. Invision Home Theatre will organise and pay for the faulty product to be picked up, repaired and returned by a courier service during normal business hours. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are available during these times.
If the returned products are found to be NOT faulty. The customer is responsible for all shipping and assessment charges as incurred by Invision Home Theatre.

Other Returns

In line with the industry standard, shipping cost or any financial charges are non refundable.

Invision Home Theatre uses PayPal Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. PayPal processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the PayPal gateway are secured payments.

Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Invision Home Theatre or any outside party if payment is made directly on the site through the payment gateway.
All transaction data is encrypted for storage within PayPals data centre.

Invision Home Theatre Delivery Policy
Invision Home Theatre is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Invision Home Theatre containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days of any delay.
We will attempt to send in stock goods via a insured courier service or insured postal service within 1-3 working days; Once your item(s) have been sent by Invision Home Theatre it may take up to 7 working days for you to receive them depending on the delivery location; however most deliveries to metropolitan areas take only 1-2 days to arrive after we despatch them.
